These Opus One Platinum series speakers are designed for the
discerning hi-fi and home theatre listener. The customised drivers
exhibit extended bass response and punchy, crisp midrange. The
titanium dome tweeter is suspended allowing a greater excursion
from the woven carbon fibre woofer cone. The large vented
magnet, oversized voice coil and rubber rolled surround enable a very
high power handling capability. A custom designed crossover,
constructed from world class, premium components provides excellent
sonic performance and clarity. Sound performance may be tailored
using the built in bass and treble control switches ie. to suit the
acoustics of the room or listeners preference. These are located
behind the front grill and are accessed without removing the speaker
from the ceiling. Features an attractive aluminium grill and the
Opus One standard ‘flip-lock’ mounting system. Sold in pairs.

reproduction and high power handling capability. The dome tweeter is
'eyeball' mounted, enabling the optimisation of lateral high
frequency response. This model includes a sealed 'back box' which
protects the speakers from vermin and dust ingress.
Designed to be installed into ceilings or walls, this low profile
attractive speaker system and grill will compliment a wide range of
hi-fi and A/V sound systems, and can be utilised in outdoor or
marine environments. The efficient polycone driver produces clear
bass and midband response, while the dome tweeters provide crisp
clean high frequencies. The speakers include two-way passive
crossovers.
Installation is simplified by the use of swivelling mounting clamps,
which rotate and then clamp onto the mounting surface as the screws
are tightened.
